Cancellation & Refund Policy

Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, including photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review and offer an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours (next day) of placing the order by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order details.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
